In 2011, the CNCA issued the "Implementation Rules for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System Certification", which stipulates that the certification basis is GB/T2732.51 "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point system Food production enterprises General requirements" and GB12.5881 "Food Safety National Standard General Hygiene Code for Food Production"。

Training object:

Bachelor degree or above in food related major, responsible person of food production enterprise, quality management personnel of food enterprise, who is implementing HACCP system for the company;People who want to know more about the HACCP system。

● Course materials: HACCP auditor training materials compiled by CQC senior certification experts who have accumulated rich experience in auditing practice over the years。

Training exam:

After passing the training and examination of this course, you can obtain the training qualification certificate issued by China Quality Certification Center (CQC) and confirmed by China Certification and Accreditation Association (CCAA)。The certificate will be used as the basis for applying for the written test of CCAA National registered auditor, and will also be used as one of the certificates for applying for the registration of internship auditors of China Certification and Accreditation Association (CCAA)。
