Licensed vessels will dock directly at the port of destination, and unlicensed vessels will be denied entry into North America unless inspected by local authorities to confirm the absence of gypsy moths before being allowed to enter North American ports, or they will be required to be transferred elsewhere and fined。

After consultation between the relevant departments of China and the relevant quarantine officials in North America, it is determined that CCIC and its inspection institutions at various ports are the only inspection institutions for the inspection of Asiatic gypsy moth on ships in China。At the request of the ship, to provide rapid acceptance, timely inspection, rapid certification services, if found Asian gypsy moth, will take measures to clean up and remove, and issued at the inspection site "no Asian gypsy moth inspection certificate"。

CCICSD is the only inspection agency for Asiatic gypsy moth inspection on ships in Shandong。
